How do I find out my ring size?

To find out your ring size you can either visit a local jeweller to get you finger measured or alternatively you could order a ring sizer.

When using the ring sizer it's best to measure your finger at room temperature as fingers shrink and swell when cold and hot. You are aiming for a comfortable but snug fit that you can slip back over your knuckle.

Can I have a different length or style of chain on my necklace?

Absolutely, all necklaces are made using an 18 inch rope chain as standard but if you would like your chain to be a different length or fancy a different style like a curb chain or trace chain please get in touch before placing your order.

How do I clean my jewellery?

Sterling silver jewellery will naturally tarnish due to oxidation, there are a few ways to get your silver jewellery back to looking shiny and new.

A simple first step is to clean it using soap and warm water with a soft toothbrush. To remove all traces of tarnish you can use a silver dip solution and a silver polishing cloth available online and in shops.

Where is your jewellery made?

All jewellery is made from start to finish in England.
